20. Subscription and Credit Plans

First Move offers the following paid options:

20.1 Subscriptions

Subscription periods are calculated on a rolling basis from your subscription start date, not calendar boundaries. Unused interactions do not roll over.

20.2 Credit Packs (One-Time Purchases)

Credits do not expire and can be used at any time.

Important: Credits are consumable purchases. Once used, credits cannot be restored. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, any unused credits will be lost. The "Restore Purchases" feature only restores active subscriptions, not credit balances. This is standard behavior for consumable in-app purchases.

20.3 How Messages Are Counted

For subscribers, messages are counted as follows:

For example, a Weekly Plus subscriber could perform approximately 13 full analyses, or 1 analysis plus 37 regenerations, or any combination within their 40-message limit.
